This project has been ‘Community Led’ from the outset. This page allows you to follow our Community Engagement story from the outset of the ‘St Just in Roseland– The Way Forward’ initiative first discussed by the Parish Council in Feb 2024. The best summary is the Statement of Community Involvement that forms part of the Planning Application.
For those who want the short version, ‘The Way Forward’ included two formal public consultations during 2024. The results, for the Housing Project as reported to the Parish Council in Jan 2025, are at link.
